The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge for the issue. In the analytical part is performed analysis of current situation of the company and analysis of processes of the company. In the suggestion part are mentioned requirements for the selection of a new information system and it performed selection of the information system based on requirements.

The existence of an information strategy in a company helps to manage the information system and thereby positively affect the achievement of global strategic goals of the company and its overall market success. This thesis focuses on the creation of an information strategy in a company based on the Czech market, in the sector of small and medium-sized companies. The first part presents theoretical basis of the topic. The second part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the current condition of the company and its potential, which makes it possible in the third part, to identify appropriate amendments, which will be implemented within the enterprise information strategy. The proposed changes will be consistent with the overall strategy of the company and lead to better support of the future development of the company in the market.

This bachelor’s thesis solves problematic of optimization of business processes. Thesis is divided into the theoretical analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and benefits of process management for the business. Further are described methods, on the basis is possible to analyze and improve business processes. Selected methods are then applied in the practical part to optimize the current state of selected processes in Ortika Inc. On the base of analysis is in this thesis offered proposal of optimization selected processes targeting to raise efficiency of business processes. Proposal is subsequently evaluated by chosen criteria.

First part contains necessary definitions, basic requirements and described general principle of ERP systems. Second part is focused on analysis in TVD, a.s. company. Company's processes are analysed and their support by information system is described. Last part is designed as a proposal of potential solution of problems identified by analysis in previous part. Implementations of new functionalities of currently used ERP information system solution are designed.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of improvement of the production processes. This thesis is divided into three basic parts, theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the process and process management. Furthermore, there are mentioned methods, which make it possible to analyze the production processes and improve them. Some of these methods are used in the practical part. In this part the thesis deals with the issues of the specific production process of TES Vsetín, Ltd. Based on the analysis of this process there will be created a proposal of improvement of this process. This improvement is then also expressed in monetary units.
